HOW TO FIND THE BEST DEAL
Discount Car Rental lets you instantly compare the prices of 28 rental car brands in 75 locations around NZ. 'Rent a Dent' isn’t one of these brands, so you won't see them when you check out our prices. Instead you'll find plenty of fantastic low cost deals from a range of other rental brands. As we've shown above, these may be way cheaper than Rent a Dent.
Rent a Dent is a New Zealand car rental franchise group with a network of 24 locations dotted around the country.
As their brand name implies, they rent low cost older vehicles. Rent a Dent calls their cheaper vehicles “Classic” — they range from small hatchbacks through to family sedans, SUVs, people movers and even light trucks. If you’re not too fussed about driving an older vehicle with higher mileage and want to save money, then these are worth considering.
Should you want something a bit flashier, Rent a Dent also offers a limited range of late model rental cars which is available from some, but not all, branches. This includes Nissan hatchbacks, Nissan X-Trail 4WD and a range of Ssangyong vehicles. The Premium Range vehicles are generally a year or two old.
